The Children’s Foundation was fortunate to receive the proceeds from the Guelph Gremlins Model Flying Club’s Fun Fly Event.
The club is one of the oldest flying clubs in Canada and was one of the first to get involved in Radio Control. Guelph Gremlin members include the first qualified woman radio control helicopter pilot in Canada, Ivan Kirstensen who is known as one of the world’s top flyers and a number of father-son teams.
